His background spans residential homes and developments, commercial construction, industrial facilities, renewable energy installations, and major civil infrastructure works.

MEET BODHI
As Director, Bodhi remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring every project benefits from strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. He believes successful projects are built on trust, communication, and doing what you say you will do.
Equally passionate about the future of the industry, Bodhi is dedicated to mentoring and developing the next generation of electricians. He takes pride in creating opportunities for apprentices to learn, grow, and build rewarding careers within the trade.

MEET BEN
As General Manager, Ben oversees the business of Integrated Electrical, with overall responsibility for commercial and contracts management, sales and estimating, operations and business services. Working alongside Bodhi, he sets the direction of the business and makes sure the team has what it needs to deliver.
Ben's focus is on keeping every job commercially sound, from tender and pricing through contract negotiation, variations and final claim. He brings extensive experience in electrical contracting and operations management, with a practical focus on strong systems and clear communication.
He is committed to supporting our people, building lasting client relationships and delivering reliable, high-quality electrical work across the South West.
MEET JACK
As Operations Manager, Jack leads project delivery on the ground, working closely with team leaders across power distribution, electrical, solar and refrigeration. He ensures each job is well planned, safe and on schedule, from mobilisation through to handover.
With more than a decade of experience as an electrician, Jack brings a practical understanding of site work, supporting our field teams, resolving challenges and keeping projects running smoothly.
From complex commercial projects to residential builds, Jack is committed to clear communication with clients and builders, supporting the team on the ground and maintaining the high standard of workmanship Integrated Electrical is known for.
